When payment happens
Company invoices are due within 14 days. Brokers are paid within 7 days after Padmi collects.

How do you know when a deal closes?
Your team reports when the referred customer pays, how much they paid and whether payment is annual or monthly. The pilot does not require a CRM or billing integration.
What about buyers already in our pipeline?
Flag the referral and provide evidence that you were speaking to the buyer within the previous 90 days. You have 3 days to review a referral before it is automatically accepted.
Who handles the broker’s payment?
Padmi sends the commission invoice to your company and pays the broker after collecting. During the pilot, the Padmi team administers this process.
What if an annual contract is paid monthly?
Commission follows the actual monthly payments, for up to 12 months. The 60-day invoice timing applies to annual prepayments, not contracts billed monthly.
